We would recommend everyone to come along and give a studio session a try, even just as a one off treat because in one hour you will feel your grasp of Pilates really strengthen as we perform your regular mat work exercises on the equipment. It makes your body feel really strong and connected and you can take those new sensations away and apply them in your matwork class.
If you are lucky enough to be able to do studio sessions regularly you will experience hundreds of exercises that can be performed on the equipment. We have all the pieces shown here on the left in our two studios in Chorlton (don’t be put off by the pictures, we start with the basics!)
You can book a personal 1-1 session or join a group session.
Personal Session 1-1
A whole hour entirely devoted to you. A totally bespoke workout, for many it’s a journey of self discovery!
Maybe you have specific health issues that mean you are unable to fully join in with a regular class, perhaps you are not comfortable working out with others in a group. Whatever the reason you choose a 1-1 (personal training) be prepared for it to be more than just a workout!
Group Session 2-1, 3-1, 4-1
Join a small group of 2, 3 or 4. Our aim is to ensure all our clients become much more body aware and body confident. No two sessions are ever the same, but every session focuses on improving posture, strength flexibility & tone.
