Join us for an online Beginners Workshop on April 25th and 26th

Sarah will be running our first online Beginners Workshop on the weekend of 25th/26th April. This will be a 4 hour workshop run over two days from 10.30am – 12.30pm on Saturday and Sunday.

So if you are looking to learn something new to keep up your physical activity or want to experience the benefits of Pilates for your mental wellbeing during this lockdown, this is for you. It’s a also great if you haven’t been to class for a while and feel a little rusty but want to get started again – or if you are a regular attender at mat classes but want to spend a little more time focussing on your technique so that you can get more from your ongoing sessions.
Maybe you have a friend or family member that you would like to get into Pilates in which case please forward this email on!

We know that people are busy even whilst we are staying in so don’t worry if you can’t make both days. Sarah will be happy to make alternative arrangements for you and we can also send you a link to enable you to watch anything you miss on our subscription TV channel (without any cost to you )
