Our classes are very relaxed so no fancy fitness gear required just comfortable clothing, but no hoodies please as we need to see your shoulders are relaxed when you lie down! We do Pilates in bare feet – although you may prefer to keep your socks on. Mats will be available to use at each session although you are welcome to bring your own.
Classes are held in several locations in Chorlton, South Manchester.
- Chorlton Central Church – Monday evening drop in classes
- St Johns School, Sports Hall – Tuesday evening drop in classes
- Chorlton Health Hub – All other classes

Classes at Chorlton Central Church & St John’s School are all drop-in sessions, no booking required. £9 per class, payment on arrival.
Classes at Chorlton Health Hub are pre-booking only as there is a maximum of 11 per class – to pre book your space in a class please go to the Class Schedule below. £9 per class, payment on arrival.

There is a discount when you pay for a block of classes in advance – £85 for 10 sessions = £8.50 per class (£80 conc. for OAP & NUS).
You can purchase a block below via Paypal or debit/credit card, or pay for a block by cash or cheque at the class.
Block payment sessions can be used at any of Sarah, Alexandra and Jamie’s mat classes and there is NO TIME LIMIT on attendance.
PLEASE NOTE THAT BLOCK PAYMENT SESSIONS CANNOT BE USED AT CLASSES TAUGHT BY LYNDSEY OR MONICA.
